The reaction pressure is high, but the pressure at the compressor inlet is low? 1. High liquid level at the bottom of the fractionation tower, high liquid level in the oil-gas separator’s liquid phase. 2. Resistance in the pipeline leading to the compressor due to reaction processes. Are there any other possible causes?
The entire process through which oil and gas exit the settler must be taken into account. A low pressure in the distillation column indicates that there is a pressure drop within the column; the cause should be identified by examining the temperature and flow rate of the reflux at each section of the distillation column. If the pressure in the fractionation tower is normal, then check the components that follow: oil-gas separator, cooler, electric valve, air cooler, and the flare at the organic fluid inlet.
Poor pipeline design, excessive length, or inadequate insulation cause some of the energy to be wasted in the pipelines as condensation
Also: 1. The top detection value is too high, the cold return flow is excessive, or there is water present. 2. Blockage in the tower top air cooler. 3. Failure of the butterfly valve at the top of the distillation tower. 4. The amount of diesel extracted is too low, and it is pressed into the tower. 5. Temperature changes lead to changes in the molecular weight of the rich gas.

Possible reasons for high reaction pressure and low compressor pressure: 1. Coking in the oil and gas pipelines; 2. High liquid level in the distillation tower ; 3. Excessive cold reflux or water content ; 4. The fractionation tower trays are blocked or coked ; 5. Each heat exchanger is blocked ; 6. The instrument display is inaccurate.
First, understand the entire process and equipment, then analyze them one by one: 1. Oil and gas pipelines (coking). 2. Fractionation tower (high liquid level, coking and salt deposition on the tray plates, high reflux rate, low opening degree of the top butterfly valve). 3. Cooler (clogged, liquid accumulation). 4. The liquid level in the reflux tank is high. 5. The opening degree of the compressor inlet valve is low.
