What does three-filter lubrication management mean? So far I have seen two explanations: 1. from a large bucket to a small bucket, from a small bucket to an oil jug, and from an oil jug to a funnel. 2. Inbound filtering, outbound filtering, refueling filtering. Please share how your company regulates this. This post was last edited by 156026692 on 2009-3-16 at 18:18.]
In our petrochemical enterprises, the third-level filtration refers to the first interpretation. As for the second one, I didn’t understand it.
Our third-level filtration refers to the first type
Tier 3 filtration refers to the first type; I had never heard of the second type before
Of course it’s the first one; I’ve never heard of the second one. Where did the original poster hear that?
Ours is also the first type; I’ve never heard of the second type
Our factory handles transportation from large tanks to fuel tanks, from fuel tanks to fuel bottles, and from fuel bottles to the points where lubrication is needed. The second point you mentioned is the filtering management for the inflow and outflow of fuel at gas stations
Our company also follows the first type of regulation!
Our factory is also the first of its kind. The last step is what we carry out in our daily work. The purpose of doing this is to ensure a certain quality and to improve its lubricating and speed-regulating functions.
Needless to say, petrochemicals are the first choice
Lubrication “three filtrations” The so-called “three filtrations” refer to filtration of oil upon its arrival, filtration before it is distributed, and filtration when it is poured into equipment, all aimed at reducing the amount of impurities in the oil and preventing dust and other contaminants from entering the equipment along with the oil. 1. Inbound filtering. That is, the oil must be filtered when it is transported to the storage facility and pumped into the oil tanks for storage. ' 2. Distribution filtering. That is, the oil must be filtered before it is poured into the lubrication container. 3. Fuel filter. That is, the oil must be filtered before being added to the oil storage area of the equipment. It was downloaded from the Internet.
