The saturated steam used in our industry generally has a pressure of around 0.6 MPa and a temperature of 158°C. I would like to ask the experts: if I need to raise the temperature of the saturated steam to 250°C, can this be achieved using a saturated steam electric heater? And does saturated steam turn into superheated steam whenever it passes through an electric heater? If what I want is saturated steam at 250°C, what are the ways to achieve that? Thank you!

To raise the temperature of saturated steam to 250°C, a pressure of 3900 KPa is required if pressurization is used; however, such high pressure reduces the heat exchange capacity of the steam.
This can be achieved by using electric heating to heat the heat transfer oil, which in turn generates steam; both the heater and the heat transfer oil are located within the heating tube. For reference.
