Do you regret choosing chemistry?

We put in tremendous effort to earn our master’s and doctoral degrees. Yet, by working hard in the laboratory day after day, we become exhausted while also inhaling large amounts of toxic substances, which cause irreversible damage to our health; as for our future, we are completely lost. May I ask: Do you regret choosing chemistry?
There is no remedy for regret in this world; once a decision is made, there’s no need to regret it! If you think about it, most aspects of life are related to chemistry, and you know a lot about it – sometimes even feeling a sense of accomplishment, hehe:)
There’s no other way; it’s our choice to enter this industry. Since we’ve made that choice, we must stick with it. Every industry requires sacrifice:handshake
Chemistry seems to be something different from chemical engineering! There is no remedy for regret that can be sold in this world; rather than feeling regretful, it’s better to strive to change the current situation.
Switch to the related engineering field in time; otherwise, the association will regret it
There are many things I regret, because life is full of imperfections.
I have no regrets in this life. Actually, I used to want to pursue a career in civil engineering, but I had no choice but to become part of the chemical engineering field. Now I see a bright future ahead for me; since I’m in this field, whether it’s what I wanted or not, as long as I work hard, I can still come to enjoy it. Hehe
I’ve never regretted it; on the contrary, I feel it’s quite suitable for studying this subject. Doing experiments is still very interesting, as there are many uncertainties in the results. Learn * with interest, and you’ll feel better~~~
I have never thought of regretting it; instead, I believe I will surely achieve great things in the future； I feel there’s too much I need to learn* ； There are too many things I don’t understand

I entered the wrong field, didn’t know how to get started, and was extremely depressed all the time. Now that I’m in the chemical industry, I should do my job well and achieve something notable through it.

If you don’t like it, you need to have the courage to change it – stop complaining all the time. You can definitely learn an economics-related field on your own; many banks are looking for such versatile professionals these days
