Problems with the stripping tower

Before the reaction with ethylene glycol, CO2 is removed from it using a stripping tower; however, an error occurs in the packed tower: SEVERE ERROR THE FOLLOWING STAGES DRIED UP (VAPOR OR LIQUID FLOW APPROACHES 0): 1 A LIMIT OF 0.10000E-04 * SUM OF FEEDS WAS IMPOSED ON THE FLOW RATES OR A LIMIT OF 0.10000E-04 WAS IMPOSED ON THE STAGE V/L OR L/V RATIO. I just can’t figure out where the error lies. I was wondering what the possible reasons could be? Thank you
There’s an issue with your parameter settings; this is a message indicating a dry plate. You can try increasing the amount of ethylene glycol processed or reducing the superheat of the superheated steam.
The dry plate has been affected; increase the reflux ratio, or reduce the amount of gas used
