Impurity issues in the PVC drying process

A layer of resin, colored yellowish-gray or white, has adhered to the inner wall of the air-drying tube (at a distance of 1–2 meters above the screw conveyor). Some of this resin mixes into the product, resulting in excessive impurities in it. I would appreciate any advice on how to deal with this issue.
This is the area where moisture in the resin evaporates fastest; as a result, resin powder tends to stick together here. It is recommended to introduce a change in diameter at this point in order to adjust the gas flow rate and reduce the sticking of resin powder
Thank you for your message. We have conducted numerous tests and made improvements, but the results have not been very good. Could you please explain in more detail the change in diameter you mentioned?
