Division of tasks between electrical and instrumentation personnel: In chemical plants, power distribution grounding and lightning protection grounding are undoubtedly the responsibility of electricians. Then, is shielding grounding and anti-static grounding for instruments also handled by electricians?

I think for high-voltage electricity (above 220VAC), it definitely relates to electrical systems, while low-voltage electricity at 24VDC is generally used in instruments. It depends on the work requirements of your organization. Since electrical work and instrumentation work are separated, the instrumentation part should naturally be handled by those specialized in instrumentation. Of course, if the workload is too large and they cannot complete it on their own, they can discuss collaborating to finish it
