Is it the flap of the valve body? Tar on the flap shaft is difficult to remove, especially after extending the coking time; only by applying butter to both ends of the shaft to allow it to penetrate gradually, and by performing this operation once per shift, can its flexibility be maintained.

First, move the flap more often in daily use; second, ensure proper maintenance by applying butter. If it is no longer flexible, have a blacksmith remove the shaft sleeve; after manual cleaning, apply oil.
Set a schedule and assign specific personnel to carry out the cleaning; during the cleaning process, use shovels and waste oil for cleanup.

We have dealt with it; it was mainly a smoking issue. Make a gripper similar to one used for motor bearings, in order to replace the packing. There shouldn’t be any problems inside, right? It was rinsed with ammonia water. The bridge pipe should be cleaned regularly.
