I work in the same office as a colleague who is about my age; there’s nothing embarrassing about doing such exercises, but what matters is consistency in doing them. Just like good hygiene habits in daily life*, everyone knows about them, but how many people actually practice them properly? Washing hands before meals, which is the most basic thing, seems to be something that few people do.
