Flanges related to the JB1160 standard

Recently, an old drawing was found on which the flange standard indicated JB1160; it seems to be a flange intended for pressure vessels, used in heat exchangers. I wonder if this standard is the predecessor of JB/T4700? I was wondering if any expert could give me some advice?
A colleague told me that this standard is the one for long-neck butt-weld flanges; it has been discontinued and replaced by 4703-92. Now, 4703-2000 should be used instead. But I’m not sure whether, when manufacturing equipment according to the current drawings, flanges made to 4703 standards can be used in place of those made to 1160 standards
