The application process in Qingdao is as follows: (1) Online review. Those who meet the application requirements must submit an application on their own; after obtaining approval from their employer, they should visit the “Qingdao Survey and Design Industry Management Information System Login” section in the upper left corner of the homepage of the “Qingdao Survey and Design Information Network (www.qdkcs.com)” between June 18 and 24, 2008 (or log in to the system directly via http://221.0.171.53:8002). After entering their employer’s username and password, they can access the “Qingdao Survey and Design Industry Management Information System”, click on the “Exams” tab under “Registration”, and submit their application online. When submitting the application online, the candidate’s pension insurance number must be indicated in the “Remarks” field. Our company is not a design firm; will the review be approved? Can one find out the employer through the pension insurance number? If the employer doesn’t have the necessary qualifications, then it’s not possible to file a claim. I earnestly ask experts for their guidance! Also, if I can’t register in Qingdao, is it possible for me to go to another city, find an organization there that can stamp the form, and use that to register?
