Due to production requirements, the nitrogen content in the hydrogenated refined gasoline produced by this facility is currently above the specified limit. The service life of the catalyst has nearly reached its end, and it is no longer possible to increase the reaction temperature. Could anyone please provide some good suggestions? Could you provide some information on gasoline water washing for nitrogen removal? Thank you! ! ! !
1. Increase the reactor inlet temperature. 2. Improve the purity of the recycle hydrogen. 3. Reduce the space velocity. 4. Control the hydrogen-to-oil ratio properly
The nitrogen content in the gasoline is above the limit. Was gas or hydrogen used to cover the raw material tank?
1. First, control the dry point of gasoline well (we generally keep it below 145°C and the nitrogen content in gasoline below 2 ppm); generally speaking, nitrogen-containing components are relatively heavier. 2. The nitrogen content in gasoline is divided into organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen, whereas what is measured during analytical testing is the total nitrogen content. It refers to inorganic nitrogen, primarily ammonia dissolved in water within gasoline; however, this amount of nitrogen has little impact on the reforming unit, but it affects the accuracy of the analysis. It is recommended that when analyzing gasoline, water be added and mixed thoroughly before filtering, which will help to eliminate the interference from inorganic nitrogen. 3. Some units use oil-soluble corrosion inhibitors at the top of the distillation tower; if ammonia-containing substances are present in these inhibitors, it has a significant impact on the nitrogen content in gasoline. 4. If the above methods do not work, consider increasing the reaction temperature or reducing the space velocity.
Handling suggestions: 1. Slightly increase the reaction pressure; ⒉Appropriately increase the amount of new hydrogen supplied ; ⒊Appropriately reduce the processing volume.
1. Increasing the reaction pressure is beneficial for denitrification. 2. Improve the purity of recycled hydrogen. 3. If the effect is still not noticeable, the only option is to reduce the processing volume. That is, to reduce the air velocity.
Suggestions: 1. The source of the raw gasoline. Make appropriate adjustments such as direct plating or catalysis, as well as coking ; 2. Given the current situation of hydrogenation, appropriately increase the circulation rate (depending on the compressor condition) and maintain it at a reduced level.
It is recommended to increase the amount of tail oil discharged to reduce the content of heavy components in the system
Hydrogenation mainly relies on refining for nitrogen removal, so we focus our efforts on the refining reactor! 1. Appropriately increase the reactor inlet temperature! 2. Improve conversion rate! 3. Increase the amount of low-nitrogen oil! 4. Increase the hydrogen partial pressure! 5. Increase the hydrogen-to-oil ratio! 6. Quantitative processing is also possible!
Various measures can only be used to indirectly increase the reaction depth
