Over the past month, an old employee, a senior colleague, and a good friend have all resigned one after another. Thinking back, several seniors left last year as well because they were not satisfied with their discussions with the company. On Friday, when seeing off that friend, a female colleague cried, because that good friend was truly outstanding – he was the one who organized many activities in our daily lives, which is why even some introverted people would get involved in them. After he left, those who used to hang out with him felt as though they had lost something. After seeing him off at the train station, my other good friend and I both felt very down. On our way back, we couldn’t help but think about our own futures. Lying in bed at midnight, my mind was in chaos and I couldn’t fall asleep; it was so frustrating!! Is it really true, as my good friend said, “Call me if you want to leave in half a year”? Lol. Actually, I’m well aware of the differences between the two types of lives: one with an ordinary salary and a relaxed lifestyle, and the other with a high salary but a stressful one. It’s just a matter of deciding which one I prefer
The sky is wide for birds to fly; sometimes, people’s departure cannot be prevented. You are friends, so no matter where he goes, you will still be friends. Friends don’t have to be together all the time; it’s enough as long as they remember each other and care about one another
One option is high salaries plus a stressful lifestyle; however, it’s possible to lead a stress-free life as well – it depends on one’s interests and mindset. It feels great to be immersed in work.
One option is a regular salary plus a relaxed lifestyle, while the other is a high salary plus a stressful lifestyle. Salary is not the main factor in choosing a job. Especially for young people. The most important thing is whether there is room for progress and development
I actually know very well the differences between these two lifestyles: one involves an ordinary salary along with a relaxed life, while the other entails a high salary but a stressful life. It depends on which type of life you prefer; both have their advantages and disadvantages. The ideal option would be a high salary combined with a relaxed life, but not everyone has the ability or opportunity to achieve that. Everyone has a different attitude towards life and different goals in life; or at different stages of life, people may have various choices. Once you identify your own goals, then make your choice. When choosing a job, one can consider the salary, but also interests, mindset, understanding of life, as well as opportunities for growth. The feeling of friends leaving is that friends come and go; at different stages of life, many friends will fade away from our side. It’s fine to take some time to adjust. There can be more friends too. This post was last edited by wanmh on 2009-3-16 19:57]
Hehe, the original poster is also a person driven by emotions, just like me – once I get used to a certain place, any sudden change makes me feel quite uncomfortable~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I’m also a person governed by my emotions; when I stay in one place for too long and something suddenly changes (especially when someone leaves), I find it hard to adjust right away. The more manly a man is, the more he cries—understandable.
There is always a cost for what one gains… One must make their own choices… There is no such thing as a right or wrong choice… \"One cannot cross the same river twice\"”
