Three inspections and four determinations: Three inspections: Check for omissions in the design, identify potential issues with construction quality, and examine unfinished work. Four fixations: Determine tasks for the issues identified during the inspection, identify the units and personnel responsible for handling them, establish action plans for resolution, and set deadlines for making corrections. Payment for 9 days of work per week: After 9 days of work: 1. The project is completed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the design documents ； 2. The preliminary assessment of the project quality is satisfactory ； 3. The pressure tests of the process pipelines and power pipelines have passed; the system has been cleaned, purged, and found to be airtight, with insulation work essentially completed ； 4. Static equipment strength testing, non-destructive testing, and cleaning completed successfully ； 5. The individual testing of the moving equipment has been successful (except for those that require specific materials or special media and have not yet been tested) ； 6. The load testing of large-scale units using air, nitrogen, or other media was successful; the automatic control systems such as unit protection interlocks and alarms were also properly calibrated and tested ； 7. The electrical, instrumentation, computer, as well as gas and fire prevention and explosion protection systems of the device have been successfully tested and calibrated ； 8. The temporary facilities used for construction in the plant area have been removed; work is complete, all materials have been used up, and the site is clean; the vertical structure construction has been finished ； 9. The “three inspections and four determinations” items that affect the joint commissioning, as well as any design changes, have been resolved; responsibilities for all other outstanding items are clear, along with their respective completion dates. Handover of five aspects: 1. Verification and handover of the actual quantities of work in accordance with the design specifications ； 2. Review, verification, and handover of preliminary project quality assessment documents and relevant commissioning records ； 3. Handover of specialized tools, instruments, and remaining spare parts and materials ； 4. Settlement of outstanding project items and confirmation of completion time ； 5. Handover of random technical documents.
