0.8% oxygen content is already quite low; there shouldn’t be any major problems even when igniting, provided that the purity of hydrogen is also good.
Is it in the presence of acid? However, the requirements specified by Woody Company are that the oxygen content in chlorine should not exceed 70% of the total remaining gas. Based on the data provided by the poster, it seems that this requirement is being exceeded; what problems could arise from that? Thinking......
Has it been a year since you started operating your electrolyzer? Was acid added?
The device we had before (from Asahi Kasei) was in use for almost a year before hydrochloric acid was added. :D
In Woody’s case, the chlorine purity will be 98.5% without adding acid over a period of one year.
The guaranteed values provided by several electrolyzer suppliers are 98.5% for chlorine and less than 1.5% for oxygen content; such product quality is already very good. However, the owner didn’t specify whether hydrochloric acid was added; generally, new electrolyzers do not require the addition of hydrochloric acid within one year. They are all added after at least one year.
We have been driving for less than a year; the oxygen level once dropped this low before. Even the foreigners couldn’t believe it. We tried to find the cause, and in the end it turned out to be a problem with the chromatography injection – probably because acid was added

The purity is acceptable, but the oxygen content is a bit high; acid should have been added. New electrolyzers usually don’t require acid addition, and it can be added after one year of use.
