This year, the **Ministry of Science and Technology provided 1 million yuan in grant funding without any cost to Sanxin Manganese Industry Company in Jishou City to help it carry out the project on \"Sino-Pakistani scientific and technological cooperation for the development of high-performance manganese-aluminum alloy materials\". Leveraging the local advantages in manganese and aluminum resources, this project introduces the internationally advanced manganese-aluminum alloy production technology from the Brazilian company Maxto. By using China’s industrial capabilities and efforts to upgrade its industrial technologies as a platform for collaboration, it aims to bring in, digest, and absorb cutting-edge technologies. Through scientific innovation, it seeks to develop domestic technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights, thereby filling the gap in high-performance manganese-aluminum alloy materials in China. To date, the project has entered the equipment installation phase ； Upon completion of the project, it is expected to generate an output value of over 100 million yuan and profits and taxes of over 10 million yuan.
