Can I find a job in a private company in the south with my qualifications? Is the treatment good? Graduated from undergraduate studies in equipment-related fields; have two years of work experience

It’s still quite easy to find jobs in the chemical engineering field. I think that with 2 years of experience and strong skills, it’s possible to earn 60,000–70,000 yuan per year. I remember at the employment promotion meeting held by our college after we graduated in 2008, one of the deputy deans said that a company in Shanghai had come looking for candidates; they first wanted those with good grades, but later they also accepted those with lower grades. They wanted men as well as women, and in the end, even those who weren’t as competitive were hired. There’s a big difference between different majors. . . . . . . . .
I was able to find a job when I had no experience, so surely I can do it now that I have two years of experience – I need to have confidence in myself.
