Do all manufacturers of hazardous chemicals (including liquid oxygen, etc.) need to obtain a safe production area certificate before they can carry out production? If so, then do the manufacturers of equipment that handles hazardous chemicals also need to obtain such a safety production license?
1. In accordance with Article 12 of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals, which came into effect on March 15, 2002, hazardous chemical manufacturing enterprises must apply to the relevant authorities for a license to produce hazardous chemicals. 2.
