The amount of hydrogen sulfide in the gas depends on the sulfur content of the coal used as a blending material; without data on the sulfur content of that coal, it is difficult to determine the hydrogen sulfide level in the gas. The design is generally based on 6~8 g/Nm3.
You mean after desulfurization, right? Here the level is 20 mg/M3. We use the HPF process, which only involves wet desulfurization; there is no dry desulfurization. Under normal circumstances, such a low level should not be achieved, but the test results show it to be that low
It depends on what desulfurization process you are using.
A wet flue gas desulfurization efficiency of 100 is extremely rare; 20 is almost impossible, and it might be due to testing issues
Before desulfurization in our company, the level was generally 8–9 grams per cubic meter, with a maximum of 12 grams per cubic meter; After desulfurization, it can be reduced to below 20 milligrams per cubic meter.
May I ask, moderator, do you use multi-tower cascade desulfurization? Generally, the hydrogen sulfide content in the desulfurized gas from a single HPF tower is below 200 mg/m3; levels below 50 mg/m3 are quite rare.

If the value exceeds 8 g/Nm3 before the HPF desulfurization tower, then even if it’s 200 after the tower, it can’t be guaranteed; 20 is definitely an error in the test results.
In the case of HPF desulfurization, the value is generally 0.3~1.5 g/Nm3 behind the tower
The H2S content in coke oven gas varies depending on the sulfur content in the coal, generally ranging from 4 to 10 g/m3 of gas. After desulfurization, the required H2S level in urban gas intended for domestic use is less than 20 mg/m3 of gas.

We use the alkaline desulfurization 888 catalyst; after desulfurization, the level is below 20, and sometimes it’s 0 – single-tower desulfurization
