RX80。 AG80。 M-80 is an excellent processing aid for polyolefin plastics such as PVC; it can significantly reduce or eliminate shear stress during plastic processing, lower the equilibrium torque, enhance plasticization properties, and improve fluidity and productivity. It provides good mold filling properties, **improves the surface quality of the products. Its high fluidity of M-80 makes it particularly suitable for processing formulations with high filler content; it not only exhibits a good synergistic effect with fillers but also helps to reduce costs significantly. M-80 resin is non-toxic, with excellent aging resistance and electrical insulation properties. It is widely used in PVC wire and cable materials, as well as other soft and hard pipes, fittings, profiles, and sheets (transparent sheets, colored sheets, etc.), non-toxic transparent pellet materials, medical plastic products, and more. M-80 resin can adjust the hardness of rubber-plastic elastomers, neoprene, nitrile-polyvinyl chloride blends, and natural rubber; it reduces the melting torque to facilitate processing, and improves the tear resistance and wear resistance of the vulcanized rubber. These excellent properties of M-80 resin make it a specialized functional additive for styrene-based copolymers and thermoplastic elastomers (SBS, TPR, etc.). M-80 resin, when used in masterbatches, exhibits an excellent synergistic effect with dispersants. M-80 boasts excellent transparency, brightness, and weather resistance, and is widely used in paint production, especially in road sign paints. It also acts as an ultraviolet absorber with a wavelength of 270–330 nanometers, equivalent to the W-9 ultraviolet absorber.
