The volume of the metering tank does not match the volume of the reaction kettle. Even if the three metering tanks are filled with monomer, the volume of the 70L reactor at one time is not enough. Therefore, it is better to redesign it. Generally, the metering tank is discharged in the front and the reactor is in the back. The discharge is based on the size of the laboratory space, which is convenient for operation and can ensure safety.

Since the monomer metering tank and the 25L metering tank are smaller, I suggest that you use the 20L reactor as the first tank and the prepolymerization tank with easier temperature control. 30L is used as the second tank, and 70L is used as the second tank. If there is an abnormality in the third tank and its larger volume, there will be more space to add the reaction terminator to avoid a runaway reaction. As for the problem of mismatch between the volume of the metering tank and the volume of the reactor, I think it is just the length of the mixing time. You can overcome it by buying a larger pump.
