There are flanges made of pure titanium, which can be manufactured in accordance with the HG20592 standard. If cost is a concern, slip-on flanges can be used.
Among the titanium pipes I’ve seen, those with flanges that use slip rings are common; they follow the standard HG20599 (the standard for butt-welded, loose-flange steel pipe flanges). It’s not necessary for the flange fasteners to be made of titanium, right? I’ve seen ones that use 8.8 grade materials in accordance with GB901/GB6170: handshake
The flanges inside the equipment must be made of titanium. If the temperature is not too high or the pressure is high, TA3 or TC4 should be used for bolts and flanges. Gaskets are selected based on temperature and pressure; for temperatures below 150 degrees, PTFE wound gaskets can be used.
