RT, personally I think it’s very necessary from safety and social perspectives, and there are now specialized HAZOP software available. Share your opinion.
There are many benefits: as a guide for designing safety devices, as a step in the overall process of designing safe devices, for training purposes, and for identifying design flaws that can cause safety or operational problems. Cost savings: As a guide for designing operational devices, and as a guideline for preparing operation manuals. Thorough and systematic checks are carried out to ensure that the designs are safe, operational, and comply with relevant standards; all possible measures are shown to management, relevant authorities, and the public in order to avoid any potential hazards. However, it remains to be seen whether software can adapt to varying processes, as each manufacturing process has its own characteristics! In the past, not much attention was paid to design in the country. Now that it is in line with international standards, there is a focus on conducting preliminary HAZOP studies for projects.
We are currently carrying out HAZOP studies, and I really want to learn more about this area. Does any of you have relevant materials or experience in this field? I’ve just started working with HAZOP
