I’m a beginner, so I have a few questions. Please share your thoughts. If any of the questions are too basic or phrased incorrectly, I hope you can understand. We need to transport flammable and explosive liquids that are also corrosive. 1. From a safety perspective, are pneumatic valves and electric valves equally safe? 2. Which brands of automatic valves offer good quality at a competitive price? 3. What is the compatibility of valves from this brand with Zhejiang University Zhongkong? 4. What are some good steam control valves? Everyone, answer whichever one you can! ! Thanks! ! :P
1. Pneumatic and electric systems differ in terms of safety; when it comes to explosion prevention, pneumatic systems are safer. They also provide more power, but they generate noise. 2. For domestic options, choose those that are joint ventures; brands such as Yamatake, EJA, and Yongsheng are all fine. Imported brands naturally offer better quality, such as Emerson and Memosens, but these require a larger initial investment and are more expensive. Overall, they are still worthwhile because they have a lower failure rate and a longer service life. 3. They are all standard signals, so there is no issue with compatibility with PLCs. 4. It depends on the conditions – whether the temperature is high or low. Different brands perform differently at various temperatures, so careful consideration is needed; for high temperatures, imported products are generally better.
