Is asphalt at 180°C classified as a Class B or Class C flammable material?

At room temperature, asphalt is classified as Class C-B. However, according to fire safety regulations, substances of Class C become Class B flammable materials once their temperature exceeds their flash point. So what is the flash point of asphalt? Is asphalt with a flash point of 180°C considered a Class C-B or Class B flammable material?
The flash point of asphalt should be related to its softening point; a higher softening point implies a higher flash point. I’m not quite sure what the flash point of asphalt is, but for asphalt with a softening point of around 95–110°C, no flash ignition occurs when the temperature reaches 180°C. Therefore, it is speculated that the flash point of asphalt should be above 180°C; based on this, it should still be classified as a Class C flammable substance.
Asphalt with a softening point of 110°C and a flash point of 204°C; asphalt with a softening point of 180°C should still be classified as Category C.
