If there are a total of 10 welds of types A and B other than those specified in 10.8.2.1/3 of GB150, with a total length of 15,000 mm, and 5 of these welds are to be inspected in their entirety, covering a total inspection length of 10,000 mm, then according to the rule that \"the total inspection length can be included within the partial inspection length,\" the total inspection length already accounts for 20% of the total weld length. On the other hand, since it is required that \"the inspection length be at least 20% of the length of each individual weld joint,\" the remaining 5 welds are not inspected, and thus the 20% requirement is not met for those welds. So, does the phrase \"20% of the length of each individual weld joint\" refer to the fact that each weld must be inspected, or does it simply mean that the total inspection length for those welds needs to reach 20% of the total weld length? Or does each of these welds need to be inspected for 20% of its length, with a minimum of 250 mm? Each weld must be inspected for moral compliance, with the inspection length being no less than 20% of the length of each weld, and no less than 250 mm; of course, the total inspection length for the last 10 welds must also be 20% of the total length of those 10 welds. “The detection length can be included in the local detection length” – this statement refers to those situations specified in 10.8.2.2 of GB150 where the entire length must be inspected, and not every piece of equipment is subject to such requirements.
