How to calculate the opening reinforcement for non-radial fittings

Generally, the opening reinforcement for non-radial nozzles can be calculated using HG20582-1998; however, this standard requires that the ratio of the major to minor axis of the elliptical opening formed where the nozzle and the shell or head meet due to the non-radial connection should not exceed 2.0. There are many non-radial pipes that fall outside this range, especially those tangential openings in cyclone separators; how should the reinforcement for such openings be calculated? What standards should be applied for hole reinforcement calculations? Or are there any similar empirical formulas or something? Thank you for your help
For the 2nd floor, SW6 is not considered valid if it exceeds a certain range. I’m asking about cases where it exceeds that range; please take another look and provide an answer. Thank you
