Increase in thyristor temperature

Dear experts: During maintenance, our company replaced two thyristors. After operation, there was no abnormality in the fast-blow voltage drop; however, their temperature was 5 degrees higher than that of the other thyristors. The ambient temperature is around 20 degrees. What could be the reason for this, and what consequences might it have? Is it necessary to stop the vehicle?

The current flowing through the components in the rectifier cabinet cannot be exactly equal, so the temperature rises will also not be exactly the same; as long as they do not exceed the specified operating junction temperature, that is sufficient. You can also check whether the component connections are secure and whether the cooling water is flowing properly.
