Have any **level vocational skill competitions been held in the urea industry domestically? It seems that there is a lot of activity in the petroleum refining industry, while the fertilizer industry doesn’t seem to have any activity yet. If a urea skills competition is held, how would it be conducted? We ask all sailors to share their insights; those with experience are especially encouraged to impart their knowledge, so that everyone can benefit from it! Some practical exercises and theoretical questions can be provided. Practical operations mainly involve the identification, analysis, and handling of abnormal situations. For theoretical questions, topics related to the principles of urea can be included, such as calculations of material balance and heat balance, reaction principles and corrosion mechanisms, as well as equipment principles.
It seems difficult; the principles of the manufacturing processes and the common features of the equipment are no problem, but dealing with production accidents related to different processes proves challenging. It also doesn’t seem fair to use just one or two processes as representatives. Hehe, it’s quite difficult. Please give some advice, experts!
