Smoke always emanates from the door of the rammed coke oven; even with a dust collection hood in place, some dust and smoke still escapes. Are there any process modifications to eliminate it!
Smoke coming from the furnace door is caused by a poor seal of the door; none of the facilities in China use dust collection hoods. All solutions involve modifications to the furnace door structure, such as the use of elastic-edged furnace doors or hammer-type edged furnace doors.
Maybe I didn’t explain it clearly. It is a phenomenon that occurs during the coal loading process.
The flue gas generated during coal loading and coke extraction can be dust-removed using a dust removal ground station system; the gas collection efficiency is generally 93% during coal loading, and 90% during coke extraction. This is the practice currently in use.
It depends on the technology you’re using. If you only have one smoke exhaust device at the top of the furnace, then it’s necessary to install a door seal mechanism on the furnace door on the machine side. If you’re using a dry-type dust removal system for coal loading, you should consider whether the air flow during coal loading is insufficient, or if there are issues with the smoke exhaust openings. If you’re using a wet-type smoke and dust removal system, then it’s necessary to convert it into a dry-type dust removal system!!!!!:) :) :)
