Who has management systems for the use of coal in gasification, systems for measuring coal using instruments, and management systems for storing coal? Please share them so that everyone can benefit from them.
Yes, gasification units are very important for the use of coal. For devices like SHELL in our company, great attention is paid to the ratio of different coal types, and it is required to collect three days’ worth of coal quality data. Coal quality is crucial for process operation, equipment, gas production volume, and subsequent processing steps; therefore, stricter management of coal is necessary. Therefore, analysis of coal data is necessary for coal from different batches and locations. As for the measurement of coal, belt scales are generally used, with a control accuracy of ±2%; the coal belt scales must be calibrated with actual coal on a monthly basis.
Can a belt scale achieve such high precision? However, after the belt is measured, it may need to undergo operations such as crushing and drying before it can enter the gasification furnace. So, how is the amount of coal used in the gasification furnace measured? Please advise
What I’m looking for are some management systems; if you have any, please share them. Thank you. For example, once the coal arrives at the factory, it should be inspected for quality by the quality control department, and this department should have corresponding rules and regulations. Should measurement be carried out by the department responsible for measurement, with relevant regulations in place? Who is responsible for managing the coal after it’s unloaded, and what are the relevant regulations? Also, what are the regulations regarding the coal processing workshops?
