Specifications for tank volume limits

I have a minor question: According to GB50160, Article 4.2.28, for certain storage tanks used for raw materials or finished products that are not directly involved in the production process but are located adjacent to the facility, when their total volume is such that liquefied hydrocarbon tanks are no larger than 100 m3, and tanks for flammable gases or liquids are no larger than 1000 m3, the fire separation distance between these tanks and the equipment and buildings should be determined according to Table 4.2.1. When the total volume is such that liquefied hydrocarbon tanks are greater than 100 m3 but less than 300 m3, tanks for flammable liquids are greater than 1000 m3 but less than 3000 m3, and tanks for flammable gases are greater than 1000 m3 but less than 5000 m3, these tanks can be arranged together near the facility, provided that the fire separation distance between them and the facility is not less than the values specified in Table 4.2.28. The fire separation distance between the storage tanks of the facility shall comply with the relevant provisions in Chapter 5 of these specifications. I checked the explanation later on; it says that for safety reasons, the capacity of the storage tank in the device cannot be too large.
