The load on my unit is around 700,000 standard cubic meters. May I ask how experts determine the gas flow rate when starting up the unit? Are there any regulations or rules regarding this? Thank you all!

There’s also the temperature aspect related to the methanol cycle; 700,000 cubic meters represents the capacity of the gasifier when it is operating at full load! The gas flow rate should generally be controlled at 10,000 cubic meters per hour! Also, could you tell me how many sets of low-grade armor you have? So far, there is no low-methane unit in China capable of handling 700,000 cubic meters of process gas per unit At least 2 sets or more! The gasification furnaces are the same – there should be at least 5 of them – so there isn’t such a large volume of process gas during gas guidance
I think it’s still necessary to control the gas flow based on the pressure increase rate; generally, the pressure increase rate is 0.1 Mpa/min.
