The motor cannot reach its rated power

Our company has two 2.2KW motors on site, used to lift a wheel – one motor lifts the wheel on the left side and the other one lifts it on the right side. Recently, it was found that one of these motors is constantly operating under overload conditions, with a current level above 5A. The voltage across the three phases is balanced, the motor’s insulation is in good condition, and the three-phase windings are also balanced. What could be the problem?
Unbalanced load; check the mechanical components
Overload was caused by a fault in the mechanical part.
I think it’s a load issue; check if the two ends are balanced.
It is mechanically balanced; whether the motor is swapped or not, that side of the motor still cannot rise.
