Some processes in the unit will require cleaning of oil pipes. Now one of its branches has an assembly line. In winter, while cleaning the oil pipes, in order to improve work efficiency, the oil pipes need to be heated. At that time, I once asked why not use hot water but to heat the pipes. The answer was that using hot water consumes more energy than heating the pipes. I would like to ask if there is a good way to clean the oil pipe, such as some Chinese medicine. If so, please contact me. I am in charge of this aspect in my unit, so we can discuss it.
Not sure how effective cleaning with hot water is? Not long ago, a friend's device also wanted to clean the oil stains in the pipes. He used some washing powder, but not only was the effect not very good, but the foam was difficult to rinse out. It is more difficult because the pipes of the device are relatively thin. I feel like surfactant or something like that should work, so you might as well look up "heavy oil stain cleaners". Not used, just for reference.
