There are various reasons for bubble formation in ion exchange membranes: 1. Defects in the membrane itself; some batches produced by membrane manufacturers have quality issues. 2. There are defects in the design of the electrolyzers; in some manufacturers’ units, the positions of the anode and cathode facilitate salt crystallization, which in turn causes bubbling in the ion exchange membrane. 3. It is caused by improper operation: the concentration of the saline solution is too high and the circulation volume is insufficient, leading to salt crystallization on the ion exchange membrane, which in turn causes bubbling on the membrane.
Could you please explain in detail which manufacturer’s ion membrane is being used, as well as which company’s electrolyzer is being employed?

Insufficient amount of circulating alkali solution. 5. Low pH of circulating saltwater. 6. Disruption in the supply of saltwater to the tank. 7. Disruption in the supply of alkali solution to the tank. 8. Excessive organic matter in the saltwater. 9. Membrane installed in the wrong direction. 10. Delayed application of polarization current. 11. Delayed cleaning of the tank. 12. Quality issues with the membrane
