The high-speed and high-pressure ammonium methane centrifugal pump has very strict requirements on the machining accuracy and material of the rotating parts, and these core technologies are basically unavailable in China. This is why they are only imported and expensive. The plunger pumps currently used in China are basically products introduced 20 or 30 years ago, and now they are basically being patched up. Because the technology content is not high, spare parts can basically be obtained domestically. Although it is not easy to use, it is cheap, right? Plunger methylammonium pumps are generally used in small and medium-sized nitrogen fertilizers. It seems that no small and medium-sized nitrogen fertilizers have been launched in recent years, right? I have heard of some expansion and transformation projects, so the market should not be large, and domestic products can basically meet the requirements, but those shortcomings still exist.
Italian plunger pumps are the best choice for methane. Multi-stage centrifugal pumps are also available, but are not as mature as plunger pumps.

I think Shanghai Dalong's pumps are quite good. Our three systems use Shanghai Dalong's plunger pumps, which are more convenient for maintenance. The general filling cycle is three months, and the cycle of the combination valve is a little longer.
