We use the process developed by Dalian University of Technology. 1. How can we improve the stripping efficiency of the stripping tower (H2S concentration tower) while ensuring an adequate flow rate of air and meeting the required temperature conditions? 2. Does the acidic gas flowing back from the acid gas separator to the stripping tower serve only to concentrate S? Is there no other function? 3. What is the function of the spray above the acid gas separator?
1. Improving the stripping efficiency is mainly achieved by reducing the operating pressure and increasing the amount of nitrogen used for stripping. 2. Recycling acidic gas serves two purposes: 1) to increase the S concentration, and 2) to act as a means of stripping, that is, to increase the amount of gas used for stripping. 3. It reduces the content of methanol gas in the acidic gas
The brother upstairs said it very well; I’ll add a bit more: regarding 1. reducing the amount of CO2 in the rich methanol returning from the rich methanol circulation loop; 3. I haven’t seen any spraying; is it spraying rich methanol or lean methanol?
Really? Are there any other functions of spraying?
It is either the methanol-enriched spray, or the portion of methanol pumped from the bottom of the stripping tower to the thermal regeneration tower; the volume of this stream is very small, usually only one cubic meter.
