The sulfur foam level in the regeneration tower is low, and the sulfur paste still hasn’t come out. Please help analyze the reason.
Is the air volume sufficient, and is the liquid level in the regeneration tower lower than normal?
Increasing the liquid level in the regeneration tower (controlled by a level regulator) allows the sulfur foam to float smoothly and overflow.
With constant sulfur content and gas volume in the gas, the key factors are the amount of air, the dosage of catalyst, and the quality of the catalyst. If the gas volume is too low, it’s also difficult to float out the excess air, so adjustments need to be made promptly.
Check if the air volume is too low; if the liquid level can be adjusted, do so, and if not, increase the air volume. It is possible that the air supply from the air distribution system is unstable; it is recommended to install a compressor dedicated to desulfurization regeneration.
It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the solution composition, the amount of hydrogen sulfide removed, the air volume, and the solution temperature.
The system is too large; the sulfur content in the feed is low, and the suspended sulfur level is low – all of these factors prevent it from being discharged
Raise the liquid level, increase the air volume, test the desulfurization solution – check for suspended sulfur!
