High load will inevitably generate higher heat to maintain the temperature of the gasifier. ; The opposite is true for low loads. Then under high load, the oxygen-to-coal ratio should be lower than under low load condition.
Long-term operation at low load will affect the rise of the dome temperature, and on the other hand will affect the atomization effect of the burner. Generally, the allowable production load fluctuation range of the burner is 70-100 percent. The oxygen-coal ratio will basically not change much whether the load is reduced or loaded. The oxygen-coal ratio is a set value, and the system will adjust the corresponding amount by adjusting the amount of oxygen or coal slurry. If there is something wrong, please point it out.
