In screw refrigeration compressors, at high cooling capacities, it is necessary to determine whether a slide valve should be installed or not based on the internal volume. In China, aside from Wuhan New World, the other factories are not very interested in it. I would like to ask experts when it is appropriate to make this setting, as it is also possible to use the bypass valve conveniently
Theoretically, the work done by a screw compressor is optimal when the internal pressure ratio equals the external pressure ratio; however, in practice this is usually determined by the settings of the instruments. For specific settings, please refer to the manual.
