The fixing frame in the middle of the heating furnace tubes (vertical tubes) in our unit has come loose, and part of the surrounding furnace walls have also fallen off. The orientation of the furnace tubes has undergone some deformation in the vertical direction. Will this have a significant impact on the operation of the heating furnace? No damage to the upper suspension or lower support
It turns out that our equipment has encountered such problems before: the intermediate fixing frame comes loose and the furnace tubes become deformed. Care must be taken to avoid large fluctuations during operation; if a few of the intermediate fixing frames come loose, production can continue, but if most of them do, operations must be stopped for repairs. We handled it during the maintenance.
It’s not a big problem; you can keep driving. Nevertheless, it is still necessary to pay attention to the issue of expansion during maintenance, and the spraying of insulation material for the furnace walls must be handled carefully to prevent such problems from occurring again in the future.
For safety, it’s better to reinforce and repair it before using it again
