Why have the attachments at the top and bottom of HaiChuan been completely blocked recently, making them unopenable?

Recently, when downloading attachments posted by various experts on Haichuan, I’ve noticed that the downloads are incomplete. For example, an attachment of 500KB often only gets downloaded in 200 or 300KB.: It seems that I’m not the only one facing this issue; many people say that the attachments they download cannot be opened:'( The reason is that the attachments aren’t downloaded completely. I don’t know what’s going on with this issue; I hope the cleaning experts and the forum moderators can investigate it and find a solution! Is it that attachment that has this problem? Did the original poster download the post during network congestion? Does the original poster have enough bandwidth? Are the computer firewall settings correct? Did that member also encounter problems downloading that attachment?
Post the links to those posts that cannot be downloaded or cannot be properly extracted after downloading in the “Forum Issues Reporting Area” to explain the situation.

Nowadays, images attached to posts on this forum almost always appear as red crosses... Deleting IE’s temporary files doesn’t resolve the issue either; the downloads still remain incomplete. I can only answer one question, namely: the attachment with the image shows that X is due to an insufficient internet speed resulting in a download timeout.
I’m using the internet at the office, and with a 100M fiber connection, is it still possible to have insufficient internet speed? ? ? If the image download times out, then why isn’t the attachment downloaded completely?
I tested it, and the downloading of attachments in these two posts worked perfectly, with no issues in displaying the image attachments as well.
