The reduced-pressure deep distillation technique builds upon conventional pressure reduction by using models to divide crude oil into very narrow fractions; these narrow fractions are then combined according to the requirements of each division point. Appropriate fillers are added based on the properties of the resulting simulated oil, and steam is injected into the reduced-pressure furnace and the bottom of the distillation tower. In this way, the technical requirements for oil production through reduced-pressure deep distillation are met through a combination of hardware and software. The core of the reduced-pressure deep drawing technique lies in the calculation and selection of parameters such as the flow rate of the medium inside the reduced-pressure furnace tube, the vaporization point, the oil film temperature, the wall temperature of the furnace tube, and the amount of steam injected (including steam injection into the furnace tube and at the bottom of the tower), in order to prevent coking inside the furnace tube and ensure safe operation over extended periods of time. -------The above is something I found on another forum; it’s here for the original poster’s reference: lol
