May I ask: what are the pressure and temperature conditions of the gas coming out of the gasification section as it moves to the shift section? In other words, what are the temperature and pressure of the water gas at the inlet of the shift section? Note: The gasification section uses Texaco water-coal slurry gasification, and the shift process employs a full low-pressure shift technology. I think this is related to the gasification process. Gasification takes place under high temperature and pressure; to ensure that qualified gas is produced, I think the temperature and pressure should be similar to those in normal production.

No, it refers to the temperature and pressure that are approximately the same as those resulting from gasification during normal production processes 【I haven’t been involved in production, so this is just my speculation】
It depends on your vaporization process
The pressure should be determined based on your vaporization process. The temperature is room temperature.
Primarily based on the pressure in the subsequent section! It’s determined by one’s own process pressures, and there are many factors involved, so process design is quite complicated
For our gasification process, we use Endler reactors; when the feed gas enters the shift reactor, the pressure is around 0.8 Mpa and the temperature is around 40 degrees. It should be about the same.
The pressure is determined by your vaporization pressure; there are two pressure levels: 40 kilograms and 60 kilograms. The inlet temperature is set at 220°C, at which point the steam is saturated.
The pressure is determined by the speed of the methanol synthesis compressor; it is primarily the absorption pressure required in the purification section, with the temperature being the saturated steam temperature at that relative pressure.
