What materials are used for critical flow nozzles, etc

Dear catalysis experts, could you please share what materials are used for your critical flow velocity nozzles, and what is their typical service life? I’m currently using one with a ceramic core; it’s been less than a year and I think there’s a leak in the housing (the nozzle is covered with a large box, so it’s not visible directly)
We use cobalt-based alloys for the lining, and it works well
We’re using 309S; it’s fine. Our installation was welded, and no leaks were detected
We chose the maintenance-free critical nozzles manufactured by Luoyang Shengli Petrochemical Technology Engineering Co., Ltd.; they are of good quality and remain in excellent condition throughout one operating cycle (three years per cycle). This post was last edited by chengkang on 2009-3-19 06:56
We are lined with stainless steel strip.
