The rules and precautions for the experiment are formulated based on one’s own actual circumstances; there are no fixed rules to follow. At first, as long as it is standardized, reasonable, and practical, that’s enough. It doesn’t matter whether it’s long or short; continuous revisions are possible. Personal opinion
