Does anyone know the difference between the S8000, Bentley, and ITCC control systems? ? ? Thank you, I need it urgently! ! !
Our company does have S8000 and Bentley systems; I just don’t know what you’re referring to
Bentley is a control system for monitoring shaft displacement and vibration of the unit; after signal acquisition, the data goes to the 3500 detection control panel and then to the unit’s ESD control system for interlock control; ITCC can achieve comprehensive control over unit speed regulation, monitoring, and interlocking through configuration; it is also capable of using a single system to control the operation of multiple units simultaneously ;
The S8000 large-scale unit monitoring system is capable of continuously monitoring vibration and various process parameters during the operation of large-scale units in real time. It automatically stores data of diagnostic value such as vibration frequency, direction, waveform, and start/stop status, and provides professional diagnostic charts; On-site and remote experts can promptly identify the status of the equipment units, detect early signs of faults, and make accurate assessments of the causes, severity, and development trends of these faults. This enables the early elimination of potential fault risks, prevents accidents, improves the reliability of the equipment, reduces maintenance costs, and enhances the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. The S8000 is widely used in the petrochemical and metallurgical industries.
