Our equipment is now repaired every three years (it used to be one year or two days). Even so, when it comes to maintenance, the schedule is very tight, basically no more than 20 days. Every time we summarize, there are always words such as "the construction schedule is tight and the tasks are heavy." Can this situation be avoided? We can't compress the equipment maintenance schedule for the sake of processing volume.
All the same, the construction period is getting shorter and shorter. However, now that the equipment is processing original oil with high sulfur content, the processing time should be extended. For the sake of safety, I think it is better to arrange the shutdown period according to the actual situation. Safety first.
Nowadays, it is different from the past. Now it takes up to one year to build a device. Of course, the maintenance time must be short.
It’s not easy for the refinery either, as production plans are pressed hard every year and prices rise every year. We can only shorten the maintenance time, but the situation should be better now, and resources are not very tight. Some refineries, especially local refineries, will conduct early maintenance and increase maintenance time in order to reduce losses.
Time node management seems to be popular nowadays. Shutdown and maintenance are like fighting a war. They must be completed within the specified time. When refining oil can make money, I can understand the purpose of doing so. But if I do it when I don’t make money, I don’t know why.
That's enough. We have been working hard for the past two days. The equipment has to be stopped and started again within five or six days. The workload is not small. I am tired all day long and my back is sore. A year's work has been completed in these two days.;
There is no other way but to strengthen management, strictly implement the system, standardize operations, and avoid accidents.
In view of this situation, we have to: ⒈Plan ahead and collect items that need rectification ; ⒉Actively learn * Maintenance experience of similar devices ; ⒊Implement maintenance materials and excellent maintenance team in advance ; ⒋Scientifically arranged, items that can be repaired and prepared during normal times can be completed during normal operation. ; Adhere to the essence and oppose the excess ; Reasonable division of labor among personnel.
We repair every four years, and each inspection only takes a little more than half a month... We now advocate stable and long-term operation. The key is to do a good job in equipment operation and maintenance at ordinary times, and make an inspection plan before overhaul.
