Do real* moderators get a salary? I’ve been working for 2 months – why haven’t I received my salary yet? I did receive bonuses twice.
Actual moderators don’t get a salary; only the official ones do... Salaries are paid uniformly by the cleaners in the backend... Bonuses for actual moderators are determined by the leaders of each district, and they may be less than those of moderators or even none at all...
In reality, moderators may not get a salary. The official moderator earns only 300 wealth per month as a salary, which is paid by the boss in the backend without any notification to you. Bonuses are earned through one’s own hard work; the maximum amount is 700 in wealth. Even official moderators may not earn as much as real moderators (it depends on the results of their work). The bonuses are distributed by the superiors in the respective district, right at the management team’s office.
I’ve noticed that as the real moderators become poorer, people used to rate my posts frequently, but now that happens very rarely; it’s frustrating
